You will need to enter your email address to access full reports by Andani.Africa. By entering your details you consent to being added our mailing list. You can subscribe from the mailing list at any time. You information will not be shared with any third parties.

Surveys

Your feedback will remain anonymous. Basic personal information will be requested, for the purposes of tracking the research responses. Your personal details will not be shared with any third parties. Therefore, the information you provide will be kept completely anonymous in the final report and no identifiable information will be shared with the NFVF. The data collected for this research could be used to inform other studies. By completing this survey you agree that the data can be analysed in future studies in an anonymous capacity.

Listings Account

For users that register on our website, we store the personal information you provide in you user account. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Your account login de tails are kept private and will not be shared with any third parties. When you fill in your listings information, be careful to only list information you are willing to share publicly such as your description and address.

Media

If you upload images to the website – for example in your listing – you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

Your contact details entered through the contact form are kept private and will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies

If you contribute a listing on our site you may opt – in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you return to this page . These cookies will last for one year. If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you edit o r publish a listing , an additional cookie will be saved in your browser.

How long we retain your data

Research data sets are required to be stored for a minimum of ten (10) years after the completion of the original project but if intellectual property is involved, or if there are particular statutory or contractual requirements, a longer period may be required. If you contribute a listing, the listing and its metadata may be retained indefinitely , even if deleted from public access . This is for our records and security processes.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site or are subscribed to our mailing list, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Research data will not be stored with identifiable markers and as such, is not subject to the same rights as we are unable to identify it.
