Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and implement our sales and marketing strategies across the business. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of sales and marketing operations, developing strategic plans, and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tech sales and a passion for enhancing brand visibility and driving revenue growth.
• Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive market share growth.
• Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote products and services, enhance brand awareness, and attract new clients.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the in-house social media staff member, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, ensuring strategies align with market demands.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sales and marketing performance metrics, analyse results, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including research and tech teams, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and marketing initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and marketing, experience in the market research field or creative industries would be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Experience in the market research field or creative industries
• Experience in tech sales or familiarity with technology products and services.
• Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
